This shop ships worldwide.
All items are shipped as registered letters with tracking number via Slovak Post within 1-5 work days after receiving your order.

Estimated delivery times are:

— Slovakia estimated delivery is 3-10 days.

— EU estimated delivery is 7-14 days.

— Everywhere else is 2-4 week.

 

Returns

Please, use the contact form if you want to return the item. All items must be returned in a new & saleable condition, within 28 days of receipt for credit to be issued. All postage costs are covered by the customer.

Damaged goods

If items have arrived damaged a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within five days of delivery. You will be required to document the damage with photographs. Please contact us via our contact form in Big Cartel if this has happened to you.
